At La Belle Natoue, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, soap, or personal care products

  • Items damaged due to improper use

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue quickly.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider
